What the application stores in your browser

Email confirmation
After you confirm your email, the essential assessment_email_proof cookie holds a random, script-inaccessible proof so this browser can recognise the confirmation for another assessment. It contains no email address, answers or report, grants no administrator access, and does not grant access to previous assessments. It lasts up to 30 days, limited by the original assessment’s expiry, and stops working when that assessment’s confirmation record is deleted. Clearing it may require email confirmation again.
Hosting and administrator sign-in
ChatGPT Sites and its hosting/security infrastructure may use separate cookies or similar controls for access, authentication and abuse prevention. These are managed by the platform, not by an application cookie preference switch. Administrator sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. Platform behaviour and cookie durations must be included in the operator’s final deployment review.
Your choices
Accept allows only the optional convenience storage described above. Deny, or closing the notice, leaves it off and removes the remembered criterion. Both choices preserve essential session and security functions, and the full assessment remains available. Continuing to browse is not consent. You can change or withdraw your choice here at any time.
Necessary session and authentication storage is not optional tracking. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but you may lose the ability to resume your assessment. Clearing browser storage does not delete the server record: use Your controls for that. No advertising or analytics is enabled by either button. We would ask for new, specific consent before introducing another optional purpose.
